Use this form to request "Calls for Service" from the Planning and Research Section. Please allow 72 hours for processing of request. Requests for copies of individual reports must be made with the Records Department.

Grid Summary - All Calls for service in a 1/2 mile grid section, listed by quantity and type of calls.

Calls at Address - All Calls for service at a particular address, listed by date, case number (OR#) and type of call. This will include all requests for officer contact, even if a report was not filed.

Location Summary - Similar to the grid Summary, but for only a specific address (i.e. an apartment complex).
