Father arrested for Molesting Daughter

CHANDLER, AZ. On July 16, 2008 at 4:20 P.M., the U.S. Marshal’s service arrested Bradley Jay Maas, a 37 year-old Chandler resident, at his place of employment in Scottsdale for a Midland Texas Child Molestation Warrant stemming from a Chandler Police investigation.
In August of 2007, Bradley disclosed to a counselor in the Mesa area, he had molested his daughter while they were in Midland, Texas. At the urging of his counselor, Bradley called Child Protective Services and a CPS investigation was started. The Chandler Police Department was notified and conducted the criminal investigation. Once the investigation was completed it was forwarded to the Midland, Texas Police Department, who then issued a warrant for Bradley’s arrest. Once the warrant was issued, the Chandler Police department asked for the U.S. Marshal’s assistance in locating and arresting Bradley. After Bradley’s arrest, he was booked in the Maricopa County Jails where he awaits extradition to Texas.
