CHANDLER, AZ. On July 27, 2008, just after midnight, Chandler Police responded to assist Chandler Fire with a residential structure fire at 1251 W. Toledo Street. Officer Brian Briggs was the first on scene and found the rear of the house fully engulfed. With information of three occupants still inside the home, Officer Briggs entered the home where he first found a male neighbor attempting to locate the residents.
